"I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in February of 2011, at that time it was hard to walk and I was feeling severe pain in my back and chest, I also had pins and needles from the chest down. The doctors gave me medications and muscle relaxants, which they help some but I do not like the side effects of some prescription drugs.

"I have had increasingly severe peripheral neuropathy for about five years. It appeared to be caused by spinal stenosis. After x-stop surgery, it improved for a short time but eventually returned. In October, 2010, I fell and severely wounded my right leg, tearing a 5 x 5cm x1 piece out of the calf area of that leg. In the course of five months treatment at a wound center, vascular tests indicated peripheral artery disease. In the meantime the neuropathy grew increasingly worse.
